my love for carbs

i am still sore from a workout on monday.
i started INSANITY and it was insane. fit test? more like death test.

but i feel like my abs are coming back into form. hazzah! 

along with this new workout regime, i decided i should stop eating gigantasourus amounts of sugar each and every meal. i mentioned this to a co-worker. she said:

"you're not suppose to eat pasta"

well, my pesto chicken pasta is delicious and all be damned if i stop eating carbs ever in my life!

i replied:
"by this time yesterday i had eaten a cream filled doughnut and two cupcakes {sad and funny, but true, story}, so i'm doing well with just oatmeal and pasta today."



with that caveat, here's to being healthier! one step at a time.
